Planning & Risk
Our Extensive Team
Our dedicated planning team will work closely with the client and organisers to understand the medical requirements of the event. A risk assessment will be drafted based on information of the event and approved guidance policies to provide you with the correct level of medical cover so that health and safety requirements are met and that key stakeholders such as the Health and Safety Executive and local authorities are satisfied.

FREC 3 — First Response Emergency Care Level 3
Qualified to provide emergency care beyond basic first aid, including patient assessment and administration of certain medications. Ideal for medium-risk events.
FREC 4 — First Response Emergency Care Level 4
An enhanced emergency care qualification bridging first aid and ambulance technician level. Capable of managing complex pre-hospital emergencies independently.
AAP — Associate Ambulance Practitioner
Provides clinical care and patient transport under the supervision of a paramedic. Trained to handle a broad spectrum of medical incidents in the field.
EMT — Emergency Medical Technician
Skilled in emergency assessment, life support, and patient stabilisation. A vital team member for events requiring rapid and effective pre-hospital intervention.
Paramedic
A highly trained clinician qualified to deliver advanced pre-hospital emergency care. Capable of administering a full range of medications and life-saving interventions.
Critical Care Paramedic
Specialist paramedic with advanced skills in critical care and trauma management. Deployed at high-risk events where complex, life-threatening emergencies may arise.
Nurse
Registered nursing professional providing skilled clinical assessment and patient care. Supports the medical team with expert knowledge and compassionate treatment.
Nurse Practitioner
An advanced nursing role with the authority to assess, diagnose, and treat patients independently. Provides a higher level of clinical decision-making at larger events.
ACP — Advanced Clinical Practitioner
An expert clinician with advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities across multiple disciplines. Provides senior clinical leadership and complex case management on-site.
Anaesthetist
A specialist physician skilled in pain management, sedation, and airway control. Essential for high-risk events or operations requiring surgical-level medical readiness.
Doctor
A fully qualified medical doctor providing on-site clinical oversight and advanced diagnosis. Ensures the highest standard of medical decision-making at your event.
Radiologist
Specialist in medical imaging and diagnostics. Available for events where on-site diagnostic imaging support is required for rapid and accurate injury assessment.
Sonographer
Trained in ultrasound imaging to assist with real-time diagnostics on-site. Supports clinical teams in identifying internal injuries and conditions quickly.
Loggist
Responsible for accurate documentation and recording of all medical incidents during the event. Ensures a clear audit trail for governance and post-event review.
Controller / Dispatcher
Coordinates the deployment of medical resources across the event site in real time. Ensures fast, efficient response to all incidents through effective communication management.
ELT Controller — Event Liaison Team Controller
Manages communication between the medical team and event organisers during live operations. Acts as the critical link between on-site medical staff and wider event command.
Bronze Commander
Operational commander responsible for managing medical resources at the ground level. Leads the front-line response and liaises directly with incident teams on-site.
Silver Commander
Tactical commander overseeing the overall medical operation from a strategic level. Coordinates multiple teams, makes critical decisions, and manages major incident escalation.
